Join us for a series of seven (7) 1.5 hour classes/meditations. Each Tuesday, we will focus on one of the seven major chakras. The crystal alchemy bowls will clear and rejuvenate you as you embark on a journey through a guided meditation.
We’ll also be teaching you how to utilize certain foods to balance each chakra. You will be provided with specific recipes each week.
Each week we will start with a brief description of the chakra we are focusing on. We will give tips and suggestions on how to keep that chakra clear and healthy.

This is a complete series of 7 classes, which requires registration prior to the first class.

Classes begin at 6:30 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
