Passionate about skincare but wanting to provide natural and holistic treatments she founded, Ayurbeauty Wellness Center – 2008. Toya is fully committed to spreading the beauty and wisdom of Ayurveda. She has a Certification in Naturopathy Ayurveda, Ayurvastu IndoAmericana School of Ayurveda, Santiago, Chile – 2009. She is an author, Certified Reiki Level III – 2010, Professor of Soundaryam, Ayurvastu, Santiago, Chile – 2012 to Current, Certified in Marma Therapy and Ayurvedic Pulse Reading and Ayurvedic Practitioner. Certified Yoga Instructor by 200 Hour RYT, Shine On Yoga – 2015. Toya recently studied at Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar, India – 2017 and was proud to be a guest speaker at the 7th International Ayurveda Research Day Conference, Pune, India – 2017 and the 19th International Seminar of Ayurveda and Yoga, Catemu, Chile – 2018. She is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), and an FSMTA Central Florida Chapter board member. She is also a massage therapy instructor and a yoga teacher.
Alisa enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to help her clients better. As a massage therapist, she uses a variety of modalities to cater to each individual’s needs, including deep tissue, Swedish, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Feldenkrais, Thai, Ashiatsu, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point, cupping, Graston, Gua Sha, Microcurrent Point Stimulation, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and mobilization to name a few.

Massage therapy is an effective preventative treatment that helps reduce acute and chronic pain, increase immune function, increase joint flexibility and ROM, improve sleep, and promote relaxation. Alisa became a massage therapist because she experienced the beneficial effects of manual therapy and continues to use it for sports recovery and injury prevention in her own life.
